A lot goes on behind the scenes to keep our equipment operating at peak performance. Reliability, safety, and functionality are non-negotiable at inPlace Pumping—because they’re what allow us to deliver consistent, high-quality service on every job.
To support that standard, inPlace Pumping maintains an experienced in-house service department, including qualified service technicians and a dedicated service writer. Our team services and maintains our pumps, laser screeds, line dragons, and loop belt to ensure each piece of equipment arrives at your jobsite fully prepared and ready to work.
Training plays a critical role in our operation. Technicians in key positions are ASE-certified through the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, a rigorous program focused on professional standards and ongoing education. In addition, our team regularly attends manufacturer-led training seminars to stay current on equipment-specific service techniques and best practices. Weekly in-house service meetings help ensure nothing is overlooked and keep our team aligned and informed.
